Adrenal Histoplasmosis: An Uncommon Cause of Adrenal Crisis in an Immunocompetent Man

Abstract: Background Histoplasmosis is a rare cause of primary adrenal insufficiency. Adrenal involvement is commonly encountered with disseminated disease in immunocompromised individuals though some have been reported in immunocompetent patients.
