Abstract: Yttria‐stabilized zirconia (YSZ), although well known for a lot of excellent engineering applications, has limited footprints in the field of adsorption/dye removal. Through this work, we demonstrate the remarkable efficacy (adsorption capacity ∼ 550 mg/g) of 8 mol.% YSZ nano‐adsorbents for toxic azo‐dye (e.g., Congo red) removal.
