Adult gastric duplication: an unknown condition within the spectrum of gastric submucosal lesions

Abstract: The definitive histological diagnosis was gastric duplication. Thus, the previous diagnosis of a "contained" perforated gastric ulcer was in fact a complication of the gastric duplication itself.
