Abstract:Inherited palmoplantar keratodermas (PPKs) have onset in the late infancy or early childhood and have a positive family history. Sporadic cases and cases with onset in adulthood have been rarely reported. We describe two female cases with transgradiens and progradiens PPK, with onset in adulthood having clinical and histological features of Greither’s disease (GD).
