Advanced adenocarcinoma in a colonic interposition segment

Abstract: SUMMARYAlthough rarely reported in the literature, adenomatous polyp and adenocarcinoma can occur as a late complication in an interposed colonic segment. We describe a case of a late stage adenocarcinoma in a colonic interposition performed for benign oesophageal stricture. BACKGROUND
