Advanced Control Complex for BWR Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract

A third generation control and operation system A-PODIA has been developed for Boiling Water reactor nuclear power plants. It is a highly automated monitoring and operation system which has a compact and elegant human interface. The functions and performance of A-PODIA and the future control systems are reviewed.
