Abstract:This research investigates radiochemistry and nuclear analysis technologies to make applications safer and more sustainable. A mathematical optimization approach optimizes radiopharmaceutical synthesis parameters for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to maximize yield and minimize radioactive waste.
