Abstract:Background
Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) inhibitors have been FDA-approved for migraine prophylaxis and relief. However, their safety profile remains uncertain. This study analyzes adverse events (AEs) and signals of disproportionate reporting (SDRs) using the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS).
