Adverse events profiles of liposomal and conventional doxorubicins: An updated comprehensive analysis of the FDA adverse event reporting system

Abstract: The clinical application of doxorubicin (DOX) is constrained by its side effects. Liposomal doxorubicin was developed to mitigate these limitations, showing improved toxicity profiles.
