Adverse Outcomes From Vaginal Delivery During Immersion in Water Versus Traditional Vaginal Delivery [25C]

Abstract: CONCLUSION: Pregnant women seeking acute migraine treatment experienced a higher rate of preterm delivery, preeclampsia and low birthweight but a lower rate of cesarean delivery than the general population. However, there were no independent associations with chronic migraine or status migrainosus. Nonetheless, with more than half of patients in this study experiencing some type of adverse birth outcome pregnancies in such patients should be considered high risk.
