Aeration and Glucose Concentration on Saccharomyces boulardii Probiotic Cultivation

Abstract: Saccharomyces boulardii viable cells have probiotic action. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of aeration on the production of S. boulardii viable cells in liquid cultivation medium with different initial glucose concentrations.
