Aerodynamic and thermal environment of a gap under hypersonic flight

Abstract: Accurate prediction of aerodynamic and thermal environment around a gap has a significant effect on the development of spacecraft. The implicit finite volume schemes are derived and programmed from Navier-Stokes equations.
