Aerodynamics of Highway Sign Structures: From Laboratory Tests and Field Monitoring to Structural Design Guidelines

Abstract: Field-and model-scale experiments were conducted to quantitatively assess the effects of wind loading on Rural Intersection Conflict Warning System (RICWS) highway sign structures.
