Abstract:Biofouling of air cathode surface decreases the electricity generation performance of membrane‐free microbial fuel cells (MFCs). Ag@Co/Zn N‐doped carbon (Ag@Co/Zn‐NC) is designed as an antibacterial oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalyst to inhibit biofouling on the cathode surface.
