Aggressive Osteoclastoma of Sphenoid Sinus: A Rare Surgical Case Report

Abstract: The giant cell tumor (GCT) or osteoclastoma is considered to be a locally aggressive benign tumor. The GCTs of the cranium represent only 1% of all GCTs and preferentially affect the sphenoid and temporal bones. We report a case of an 18-year-old male who presented with headache and diplopia.
