The emergence of agritourism th has been accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, agritourism development faces various obstacles, most notably the absence of standard frameworks and models to guide their development. In addition, agritourism will be related to product characteristics and agricultural production systems that have a high risk, so it requires a specific model. This research introduces a systematic approach to agritourism development by constructing an effective model that aims to achieve sustainable growth in rural areas. To achieve this, the PRISMA method for literature study was used. It is an evidence-based minimum set of items for reporting in systematic reviews. There are several issues in agritourism development, including agribusiness management, impact management, institutional and support facilities, as well as risk mitigation, are also encountered. This study emphasizes the importance of model design in agritourism development, taking into account: dimensions of sustainability, involved actors, and support system. Strategies for sustainable agritourism development involve value addition through product and service diversification, sustainable marketing development, network and partnership development, environmental conservation, and empowerment of the local community. The findings of this study make a valuable contribution to the existing literature on agro-tourism development by offering a systematic approach and an effective model for promoting sustainable growth.

The research was motivated by the declining condition of tourism in Indonesia due to Covid-19, but it has the potential to develop further. Therefore, this study aims to describe the prospect and strategies for developing tourism during COVID-19. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods by taking the case of tourism in Sukabumi Regency, Indonesia. Data were collected by observation and in-depth interviews by taking government and community leaders as key informants. Furthermore, informants who understand tourism development were selected through purposive and snowballing sampling techniques: related government (n=7) and the community (n=20). Data was also collected in focus group discussions to identify problems through swot analysis and formulate tourism development strategies. The study results show data that during the Covid-19 pandemic, tourism potential has increased in variety and innovation due to encouragement from the government and community efforts to independently develop their area as a tourist attraction when tourist visits are closed. The recommendation of this research is to make a grand design strategy for tourism development, developing and strengthening tourism institutions at the government and community levels, infrastructure development, and sustainable collaborative management.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine how organizational commitment, employee engagement, and readiness change during physical therapy (PT). ABC and the extent to which organizational commitment and employee engagement influence readiness among PT. ABC, either partially or simultaneously. Method: The type of research used was quantitative, with a causal relationship using a descriptive and verification approach. The study population comprised 452 people from PT. ABC. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling method with the number of samples determined using the Solvin formula, which resulted in 212 respondents. The data collection technique consisted of 49 questions regarding the variables studied. Data analysis was performed using PLS structural equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The results show that Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Readiness to Change. The implication of the results of this research is that organizational leaders should maximize Organizational Commitment or Employee Engagement to influence the readiness of individuals in the organization to change direction for better outcomes.
