Agro-ecological testing of varieties and qualitative characteristics of potato tubers in the conditions of the Ryazan region

Abstract: The article presents the results of the analysis of the cultivation of potato varieties for yield and quality data. The aim of the study was to determine the technological and consumer characteristics of various varieties of potato grown in the Ryazan region.
