“…In contrast, near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) is a sensitive, fast and non-destructive analytical technique and may be a potential solution for fast and cheap chemical and biochemical characterization of materials ( Galvez-Sola et al., 2010a ; Peltre et al., 2011 ; Viaene et al., 2017 ).
