We present three cases of vallecular cysts observed in neonates and infants. The primary symptom in these cases was intermittent noisy breathing, accompanied by feeding difficulties and failure to thrive. In two instances, diagnosis was confirmed through flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscopy (FNPLS) performed in a clinical setting. We employed a combined transoral endoscopic surgical approach for complete cyst removal. Histopathological analysis confirmed the diagnosis of a vallecular cyst. Postoperative recovery period was uneventful. Only the first case showed recurrence of the vallecular cyst, necessitating a second operation, while the other two cases exhibited no recurrence.
