Abstract:Intracranial aneurysm is a very common disease, which is an abnormal bulge on the wall of intracranial artery. It is the first cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage. With the development of imaging, the disease is easily diagnosed. A 60-year-old man was diagnosed with anterior communicating artery aneurysm and underwent aneurysm clipping.
