Aktifitas Fisik Berat Menyebabkan Degenerasi Sel Hepatosit melalui Mekanisme Stres Oksidatif

Abstract: Hepar mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam mempertahankan homeostasis metabolisme tubuh. Stres oksidatif akibat aktifitas fisik berat dapat meningkatkan produksi Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) yang kemudian menyebabkan kondisi patologis pada sel hepatosit, ditandai dengan perubahan struktur dan fungsinya.
