Aktive Thermosonde zur Messung des Energieeinstromes

Abstract: Es wird eine aktive Thermosonde zur Bestimmung des Energieeinstromes bei plasmatechnologischen Prozessen vorgestellt. Das Messprinzip beruht auf der Kompensation des eintreffenden Energieeinstromes. Wesentliche Vorteile gegenüber anderen Verfahren sind die Möglichkeit der kontinuierlichen Messung, auch in beschichtenden Plasmen sowie der Verzicht auf eine Kalibrierung der Sonde.
