Village Fund Allocations are funds given to villages originating from the central and regional government financial balance funds to realize the fulfillment of the village's right to carry out its autonomy so that it grows and develops following the growth of the village itself based on diversity, participation, genuine autonomy, democratization, community empowerment and increasing the role of the Village Government in providing services, improving community welfare, and spurring development and growth. The method used is a qualitative method used to examine the condition of natural objects. To obtain the sample, the researcher used purposive sampling method. Data collection in this study was carried out in stages from observation, documentation and interviews with several informants. Using triangulation techniques in analyzing data, the Koto Perambahan Village Government runs according to technical guidelines at the village, district, sub-district and central levels. All village apparatus, especially the village secretary, who is the backbone of the village to carry out accountability in managing the allocation of village funds in accordance with regulations. The Koto Village Government realizes the application of transparency in the management of ADD by publishing the use of ADD on the village information board containing the allocation of village funds.
