Al,F-doped new perovskite lithium fast ion conductor Li3x La2/3−x□1/3−2x Ti1−y Al y O3−y F y (x=0.11)

Abstract: Al, F-doped new perovskite lithium ion conductors Li 3x La 2=3Àx □ 1=3À2x Ti 1Ày Al y O 3Ày F y (x=0.11) have been prepared by solid state reaction. It is found that a pure perovskite-structured phase with space group of P4mm(99) exits in the composition range of 0 < y ≤ 0.10. The sample with y=0.02 possesses the highest ionic conductivity of 1.06×10 −3 S/cm at room temperature, and its decomposing voltage is 2.3 V. The factors affecting the conductivity of this system are discussed.

“…Indeed, the anode current density increases with the electrode potential to reach a current plateau called passivation plateau. The formation of the passive layer could be related to the presence of tin oxide/hydroxide that partially passivates the metallic surface, as confirmed by some authors [18][19][20][21]. The passive current density remains almost constant (passive region), and then abruptly increases at a certain critical pitting potential (Epit.…”

“…In the activity-recovery phase, the heat output power is growing exponentially. If the heat output power is P 0 at time 0, and P t at time t, the thermokinetic equation is [14]: According to Eqn. 1, the activity recovery rate constants (k) of mitochondria coexisting with different doses of La 3 þ were calculated.…”
