Alagille Syndrome Mimicking Biliary Atresia

Abstract: The clinical presentation of jaundice, dark urine, persistently acholic stools, hepatosplenomegaly and a rudimentary, non-contractile gall bladder on ultrasound in an infant raises a suspicion of biliary atresia (BA).
