“…L'Albendazole est la molécule la plus efficace, utilisée en cures de 3 à 4 semaines séparées par des intervalles de 7 à 14 jours pendant 9 à 12 mois. Il serait efficace dans 10 à 15 % des cas [18,19]. Ce traitement reste malheureusement peu utilisé dans notre contexte à cause du coût assez élevé de la molécule ainsi qu'au manque d'observance des patients, souvent démunis et analphabètes.…”
