Alcohol and Cardiac Arrhythmias

Abstract: Chronic alcohol overconsumption increases the risk for sudden death presumably due to ventricular arrhythmias. This paper is a review of the mechanisms behind alcohol-induced arrhythmias and describe the incidence of alcohol-related ventricular arrhythmias.
