Alcohol use disorder with comorbid anxiety disorder: a case report and focused literature review

Abstract: Background Alcohol use disorder (AUD) and anxiety disorders (AnxD) are prevalent health concerns in clinical practice which frequently co-occur (AUD-AnxD) and compound one another.
