Abstract:We report a case of primary aldosteronism caused by bilateral solitary aldosteronomas occurring 6 months apart, the diagnosis being confirmed by clinical features. Multiple aldosterone-producing adenomas can be unilateral or bilateral. If bilateral, most of them are found simultaneously.
