Abstract:IntroductionIn kidney transplant recipients (KTRs), steroid‐free maintenance regimens are used to minimize the negative impact of steroid use. Studies comparing alemtuzumab (ALZ) and anti‐thymocyte globulin (ATG) with rapid steroid withdrawal are limited.
