The purpose of this use is to examine the reputation of trust as a tool when the attitudes of the information and communication sector in Turkey towards employment and work are examined under the influence of person-environment harmony. "Perceived Person-Environment Fit Scale", "Attitude towards Work Scale" and "Organizational Trust Scale" and demographic items were used in the questionnaire used in the research. The sample of the research consisted of 401 people working in the information and communication sector in different parts of Turkey. The obtained data analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0 and it was 95% reliable. The relationship between scale scores was measured by t-test and Anova method. Process analysis was applied in the mediation test, and analyzes were made for each sub-dimension of model building and low confidence instrument variable. The results of the analysis have been instrumental in determining the certainty of the harmony between the person and the environment and the trust of the organization. The study highlights the importance of the mediating role of negative trust in the effect of person-environment fit on work attitudes. In the conclusion part, it is emphasized that the importance of employee-environment harmony in order to achieve company strategies, the need to develop an attitude towards the cost of work and to increase their trust in the organization.
