“…식물 근권 토양에서 추출한 g-DNA를 template로 사용하였으며, 1차 PCR은 DNA template 2 µl, 27F 1 µl, 515R 1 µl, 10X taq polymerase buffer 2 µl, 2.5 mM dNTP 2.5 µl, Ex-taq polymerase (TaKaRa Shuzo Co., Japan) 0.125 µl를 섞고 3차 증류수를 추가하여 최종부피를 25 µl로 보정하였다. Azospirillum brasilense가 18일 배양 후 토마토 유묘를 비접종 대조군에 비해 shoot 길이 생장을 약 30% 증가시킨 결과와 비교 하여 상당히 높다 (Bashan et al, 2002). 비록 대상 식물 종과 환 경조건이 다르지만 alginate에 고정한 Pseudomonas fluorescens BAM-4와 Burkholderia cepacia BAM-12가 밀의 shoot 길이 생 장을 비접종 대조군보다30-40% 정도 증가시킨 결과보다 우수 하였으며 (Minaxi, 2011), 상추(Lectuca sativa)를 대상으로 humic acid를 첨가한 alginate에 Pseudomonas putida CC-FR2-4를 고 정화하여 접종했을 때 현탁액 접종보다 shoot와 뿌리 길이가 5-10% 정도로 생장이 증가한 결과와 유사하였다 (Rekha et al, 2007).…”
