Pringsewu Regency is an agrarian regency with the main livelihood of the population is from agro-industry agriculture. For on farm farming activities, a lot of cultivated commodities are food crops and rice crops. One of the key factors in creating equitable distribution of development or regional development and the right one result is the agricultural factor. While to know the feasibility of an agricultural area can be done by holding an assessment. The Assessment is made by Agriculture office in deciding the feasibility of agricultural areas include the assessment criteria of a region. The criteria of a region that is the type of soil, rainfall, water, temperature, and soil texture. Utilization of decision support system is very helpful in deciding the feasibility of agricultural area, and accompanied by the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), this method can complete the research by finding the weight value for each attribute, then perform the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative that is feasible for agriculture. With the decision support system with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and with object oriented design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) this will make it easier for Agriculture Office and other institutions to monitor and to obtain information about agriculture that is useful for agricultural development.

In the globalization era like nowadays, advertising marketing activities have become a trend in the world of communication to market products to the public. In order to be able to popularize a product that is less known by public, marketing can be an effective means of introducing the product to the wider community. The subjects in this study were decision support systems using the Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the results of AHP calculations that can provide opportunities for program manager to be able to build ideas and define existing problems by making assumptions in a hierarchy and then get the desired solution and apply intelligently a complex mathematical approach based on a qualitative approach that can be accepted by all stakeholders and program managers. In this study, it was observed to consist of two factors, namely the factors of constraint and supporting factors with the criteria and sub-criteria considered by the two factors and alternatives that would later be chosen as the best marketing strategy for increasing sales of salted eggs. Based on the results of the study, alternative A1 produced a weight of 17 by occupying priority 1, alternative A2 produced a weight of 10.6 with occupying priority 2.

Currently, most oil fields are under the late stage of development, which is associated with some challenges during the production of reservoir products, including the formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) in the “well – bottom-hole formation zone” system. Even though the problem of organic deposits creation has existed for more than 60 years, it is still relevant today. Currently, to prevent the formation of ARPD, inhibitors divided into methods based on the use of wetting agents, modifiers, depressors, and dispersants are widely used infield practice. The composition of inhibitors often includes surfactants, and according to field experience, nonionic surfactants, namely, polyesters, are widely used to prevent the formation of ARPD. However, little is known about inhibitors with a combined effect, for example, possessing depressor-dispersing properties concerning ARPD. Proceeding from the above, the work is aimed to develop a combined inhibitor with depressor-dispersing properties to prevent the formation of ARPD. The dispersing property of the prepared reagent for asphaltene particles was determined using capillary and photocolorimetric methods. The studies were conducted to assess the impact of the reagent on the freezing point. A quantitative assessment of the sedimentation process using the “Cold rod” installation was performed, and the results of studies of the developed ARPD reagent-inhibitor corrosion resistance were presented. Two methods determined the temperature of oil saturation with paraffin: the direct approach – visual observation (Axio Lab A1 microscope) and the indirect approach – rheogoniometry to determine the kinematic viscosity of oil (HVM-472 viscosity analyzer (Walter Herzog GmbH, Germany)). Thus, an ARPD inhibitor (IN-1), comprising a copolymer of ethylene with α-olefins or polymers of acrylic, methacrylic, or cyanoacrylic acid esters, an emulsifier of inverted oil-in-water emulsions and a solvent, was developed. The developed inhibitor, having depressor-dispersing properties, is capable of reducing oil-freezing point in winter and of slowing down the precipitation of paraffin crystals in well equipped and in the bottom-hole formation zone (BHFZ).
