This paper proposes an adaptive control scheme for systems affected by parametric uncertainty and limited external disturbances, without requiring measurements of the controlled variable's derivatives. The control approach provides compensation for these disturbances, addressing control problems with a reference model. Adaptive control is a technique where a system's parameters are adjusted based on external conditions or internal changes. In the context of constrained disturbance compensation, control algorithms must account for limitations on available resources or system capacity to counteract disturbances. Such algorithms can be beneficial in situations where the system has limited resources or where disturbances cannot be fully eliminated. The proposed adaptive control scheme aims to effectively manage systems subject to parametric uncertainty and bounded external disturbances, without the need for derivative measurements of the controlled variable. The control approach compensates for these disturbances, making it suitable for applications where complete disturbance rejection is not feasible due to resource or capacity constraints.

The article analyzes the developed non-linear predictive model of the control system in continuous time of the state space, including states, control and controlled values. The transformation of the continuous form of a function into a discrete one is carried out according to the trapezoid rule. Based on the discrete model, the optimality criterion for the objective function is formulated. The efficiency of the grinding process is considered based on the weight components of the model, since it entirely depends on the accuracy of estimating the particle size of the product and the performance of the plant. To control the volume of water in the sump, a dynamic inversion controller is provided, which makes it possible to reduce control problems to a solution in a closed form and guarantee asymptotic stability of the error dynamics.

Algorithmic methods for eliminating interference that affect the accuracy of measuring input signals in measuring channels are considered. Methods for input and processing of signals in the form of currents and voltages in analog modules of measuring channels of the control system are presented. It also considers some ways to improve the classical algorithms of adaptive control implemented on the basis of digital technology, taking into account the conditions for ensuring the stability of a discrete control system.
