“…However, the deficiencies in the evidence were clear to see: many trials are still relatively short with clinical and methodological heterogeneity, lack of effective treatments for nail psoriasis and PPP, a need for long‐term safety trials for various agents including potent and superpotent topical corticosteroids, as well as combination of biologics with phototherapy or other systemic treatments, and routine assessment of quality of life in trials with topical treatments.
