Allergic Fungal Otomastoiditis: A Case Report

Abstract: Otomastoiditis caused by an allergic reaction to fungi in the middle ear is rare, with only four cases reported in the English literature. We report the case of a patient with allergic fungal otomastoiditis. A 28-year-old man presented with otalgia, hearing loss, and vertigo.
