Allogeneic HY Antibodies 3 Months Following Sex-Mismatched HCT Predicts Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease and Non-Relapse Mortality

Abstract: Background B-cells play a significant role in chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). Male patients with female donors (F→M) are at a higher risk of developing cGVHD.
