Alpha-Fetoprotein Mediated Targeting of Polymeric Nanoparticles to Treat Solid Tumors

Abstract: Background: Serious side effects caused by paclitaxel formulation, containing toxic solubilizer Cremophor® EL, and its nonspecific accumulation greatly limit clinical paclitaxel application.
