Alpha Hemoglobinophaties in Rosario, Argentina

Abstract: Hemoglobinopathies are the most common recessive diseases worldwide. While the molecular basis of b-thalassemia in Rosario has been addressed, that of α-thalassemia and α structural alterations, has not.
