AlphaPeptStats: an open-source Python package for automated and scalable statistical analysis of mass spectrometry-based proteomics

Abstract: Summary The widespread application of mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics in biomedical research increasingly requires robust, transparent and streamlined solutions to extract statistically reliable insights.
