Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the alteration of subclinical lesions of subcutaneous xenograft tumors in nude mice after EGFR-TKI treatment. MethodsHuman lung adenocarcinoma cell lines were subcutaneously transplanted on the right hind legs of the nude mice in control and treatment groups.
