“…We can only speculate that different chronotype profiles in humans with either morning or evening or neither chronotype, might impact the diurnal release pattern of copeptin. It was found that morning chronotype subjects had higher cortisol levels after awakening than evening or neither types with more pronounced diurnal rhythm [16].
