Altered methotrexate clearance in the treatment of CNS lymphoma with concurrent use of nitrofurantoin for a urinary tract infection

Abstract: Methotrexate is a widely used chemotherapy agent with a propensity for drug interactions placing the patient at risk for toxicities.
