The purpose of this research was conducted to offer a new method in the preparation of academic texts on laws and regulations. Academic Manuscripts contain the results of research regarding the contents of the content or proposals submitted to be regulated in a provision of statutory regulations and or regional regulations. Provisions related to the preparation of academic manuscripts have been regulated in laws and regulations, but a special method is needed in preparing academic manuscripts so that they are in accordance with the needs of the community. In this study using normative legal research methods. The findings in this study are that there is a novelty method that can be used in the preparation of academic manuscripts, namely the Rule Identification Urgency Solution (RIUS). With the RIUS method, an academic text can be used as a basis or basis for argumentation in the formation of laws and regulations or regional regulations. In conclusion, the RIUS method is a method that can analyze the rule of law, identify problems, the urgency of why these regulations are needed, and the solutions that can be provided. The RIUS method was first applied by researchers in preparing academic texts for regional regulations in the Badung Regency Government and Jembrana Regency Government, in this case researchers as experts in preparing academic manuscripts. Suggestions that can be given are that in the preparation of academic papers it is best to focus on analyzing what problems occur in society so that a regulation is needed.

Development of teaching materials on PLSV material using combination of scientific and contextual approach to improve mathematical communication ability and self confidence to seventh grade junior high school students. The purpose of this research and development is to obtain a design for developingÂ mathematical teaching materials in the form of lesson plans and worksheet with combination of scientific and contextual approaches to PLSV material for smpn 3 cipeundeuythis study also aims to test the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of teaching materials with a combination of scientific and contextual approaches to PLSV material. This research is a development research. The results showed that based on the assessment of material experts and mathematics teachers, the teaching materials developed had very valid criteria with an average total score of 190.33 for lesson plans and 297.5 for worksheets. Based on the results of filling out questions on communication skills and student responses questionnaires about self-confidence, there has been a significant increase. So it can be concluded that with the development of teaching materials by combining scientific and contextual approaches with the results of filling out observations of the implementation of learning and the results of evaluating learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the teaching materials developed have a very good level of effectiveness with the percentage of learning implementation of 94.87% and the percentage of completeness students to 95%.

Drug crime is one of the proxy war weapons that can destroy a nation by targeting the younger generation. Indonesia is one of the countries with a high level of trafficking and Use of drugs. To tackle drug crime, the Indonesian government drafted the Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Drugs. At first glance, the authority of investigations in the Drugs Law seems to be under the order of the National Narcototices Board of Indonesia (BNN) and the Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Polri). However, if we take a closer look, there are some problems in investigations, especially in Undercover Buy and Controlled Delivery techniques regulated in Article 75 Letter J of the Drugs Law. This problem can lead to legal distortion in investigating drug crime by the Polri because it can be categorized as procedural defects due to the law. Hence, this study aims to analyze the legal distortion of authority between BNN and Polri to investigate drug crime using undercover buying techniques. This study also analyses the statutory provisions that can provide legal certainty for both government institutions so that the authorities of Polri and BNN do not overlap. This study finds that only BBN investigators have the authority to use undercover buying and controlled delivery. Therefore, using the technique by the police investigator will cause legal distortion. If the police investigator needs to use the technique, there should be a legal basis. Therefore, there should be an amendment to the Narcotic law to provide the legal basis.
