Abstract:Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS), variant of acute inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy, is recognized as clinical triad (ophthalmoplegia-ataxia-areflexia). Ganglioside antibodies play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute polyradiculoneuropathy including MFS.
