Ambiência de um centro de atenção psicossocial: fator estruturante do processo terapêutico

Abstract

RESUMO: Objetivo: apreender a importância da ambiência de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial e sua relação com o processo terapêutico em saúde mental. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa na forma de estudo de caso, fundamentado na Avaliação de Quarta Geração, construtivista, responsiva e com abordagem hermenêutico-dialética. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados foram entrevistas semiestruturadas com profissionais da equipe, usuários e familiares. Resultados: evidencia-se que a construção de um ambiente confortável que investe na produção de subjetividades é ferramenta capaz de potencializar o processo de reabilitação psicossocial. E que é no encontro, entre usuários equipe, que os vínculos afetivos são construídos e este é o componente primordial que qualifica o ambiente. Conclusão: conclui-se que a ambiência na saúde mental, enquanto humanização dos territórios de encontros entre quem cuida e quem é cuidado, é fundamental na construção de relações terapêuticas. Method: this qualitative study was conducted as a case study, comprised a fourth generation evaluation, which was constructivist, and responsive technique with a hermeneutic dialectic approach. The instruments for data collection were semi-structured interviews with the professional team, users and family. All the interviews were recorded. Results: it is clear that the construction of a comfortable environment that invests in the production of subjectivities is a tool to enhance the psychosocial rehabilitation process. And that is the meeting between users and staff, which builds emotional bonds and this is the key component that describes the environment. Conclusion: ambience in mental health humanizes the territories of meetings between users and staff, and that is crucial to build therapeutic relationships.
