Amendments to Vietnam Labor Law after Two Years of Implementing European-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement

Abstract

The article presents the labor policy commitments in the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union (EVFTA), analyzes the progress in amending the law related to Vietnamese labor according to the signed commitments, identify limitations and propose some solutions for effectively implementing the commitments in the EVFTA Agreement.
