Amniotic fluid transcriptomics reflects novel disease mechanisms in fetuses with myelomeningocele

Abstract: Background Cell-free (cf) RNA in amniotic fluid supernatant (AFS) reflects developmental changes in gene expression in the living fetus, including genes specific to the central nervous system (CNS).
