Amnistie en Algérie : quand le pouvoir se reconduit dans l'impunité

Abstract: Le processus entrepris depuis la réélection d’Abdelaziz Bouteflika à la tête de l’Algérie, et conduisant à une amnistie totale des crimes commis pendant la guerre civile opposant le pouvoir et les islamistes, est en cours d’achèvement. Mais cette amnistie, qui ne s’accompagne d’aucune transition politique, a pour l’instant contribué à renforcer la logique sécuritaire de l’État.
