Questionnaire surveys measuring job satisfaction at the workplace are relatively very popular and widely used methods in most organizations. Experienced methods that are still used for the current working generations may not be so effective for the upcoming Generation Z. This generation is impatient, distracted, easily lose focus and patience, and dependent on digital technologies. The main goal of the article is therefore to identify the possibility of shortening the Work Design Questionnaire (WDQ), based on the use of subareas of self-determination theory (SDT) for the needs of generation Z. Furthermore, a comparison of whether filling in both versions of the questionnaire (standard and shortened according to the SDT) will have the same indicative value. The research is based on a quantitative questionnaire survey (n=395) and a statistical evaluation of the data. The quality of the questionnaires was verified by Cronbach's α and Confirmatory factor analysis. Both versions of the questionnaires were then compared at the level of sub-parts (autonomy, competence, relatedness) by comparing the average values of the recorded answers by Wilcoxon rank. The results indicate that the WDQ can be shortened in the areas of autonomy and competence, while in area relatedness this possibility has not been proven.

This paper seeks to examine Education, ICT, Teleconferencing, Networking And E-Learning with a specific focus on of Zimbabwe. The paper was based on qualitative research techniques. Challenges faced by women in their business in Zimbabwe were closure of business, exposure to rape, violence and robbery, financial losses, drop in their revenue, reduced remittances, reduced demand of goods and services, obstacles in logistics and shipping of products, challenges of acquiring raw materials, reduced worker productivity as well as technological challenges in the form of (limited e-banking and teleconferencing opportunities, huge data costs and lack of required technology. In terms of the effects of e-learning to women and girls in accessing education in Zimbabwe it was realised that, girls and women enjoyed benefits such as to exposure to online learning, reduced walking distances, exposure to educational opportunities such as scholarships. However, there were also adverse effects and these were limited access to online learning, lack of smartphones, lack of data, non- inclusive education, reduced long distance – learning via WhatsApp exposure to uncensored online material which exposed girls to online sexual predators. Policy recommendation wise, it was suggested that there is need for increased government funding towards ICT at all levels as well as prioritisation of all marginalised women.

This study focuses on the characteristics of teacher support perceived by students in an online learning environment. The findings demonstrate that the characteristics of teacher support in online learning environments differ significantly from those in face-to-face classrooms. In terms of autonomous support, online classrooms outperform face-to-face classes. Furthermore, students in a high-scoring class experience more teacher support.
